Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and nathion sport of South Korea, it combines combat techniques, self-defense, sport, meditation and philosophy. In Korean, tae means "to strick with foot"; kwon means "to strick with fist"; do means "method", so taekwondo is simply means "the way of kicking or punching". |
